How it goes

Four steps, no surprises.

1. 01 You call and describe it The noise, the light, the smell, when it happens. You do not need the right word for it.
2. 02 You bring it in Leave it with us or wait, whichever suits you. If it will not start, call before you tow it anywhere.
3. 03 We look, then we call you You get told what is wrong, what it costs, and what can wait. Nothing gets touched before that call.
4. 04 You decide, we fix it You approve the work, or the part of it you want done now. The rest can wait until you say so.

Before you call

The things people ask first.

Do I need to know what is wrong with it?

No. Describe what it is doing and when. Working out the rest is the job.

Will I know the price before the work starts?

Yes. We look at it first, then call you with what is wrong and what it costs. Nothing gets done before you say so.

It will not start. Should I tow it to you?

Call first. Some of it can be sorted out over the phone, and if it does need towing you will not be guessing where to send it.

Can I wait while it is done?

For the short jobs, usually. Ask when you call and you will get a straight answer about how long it takes.

Do I need an appointment?

Call and we will tell you what today looks like.
