Privacy
Effective 29 July 2026
The short version This page sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anybody else's server. The only personal data it can collect is what you type into the appointment form and press send on. That goes to one inbox at Ascenta, we answer it, and we delete it if you ask.
1. Who is responsible
Ascenta Studio, a brand operated by La Factoria LLC (Delaware, USA), 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, USA. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
- What you send us through the form — your name, your email address, which execution you picked, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing is collected until you press send.
- Standard server logs — like nearly every website, our hosting provider records the usual technical data (IP address, browser type, which files were requested) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of anybody.
That is the whole list. No account, no newsletter sign-up, no payment details — the page sells nothing, so there is nothing to charge.
3. Cookies and tracking
None. This page sets no cookies at all, first-party or otherwise. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmap, no session recorder and no advertising tag. The typeface and the film are served from our own domain, so no third party learns that you were here. That is also why there is no cookie banner: there would be nothing to ask you about.
4. How the form gets to us
When you press send, the form posts to a script on our own server. That script writes the message to a file on the server and emails it to [email protected] over an authenticated connection. Our hosting and email provider is Hostinger, which processes it only to store and deliver it for us.
5. What we use it for
To reply to you, and to talk about building something like this for your business. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list because we do not have one, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anybody, ever.
6. How long we keep it
Messages stay in the inbox and in the server file for as long as the conversation is useful, and no more than 24 months from the day you sent it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we delete it sooner, from both places.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy of it. One email to [email protected] is enough — we do not require a form or an account, and we answer within thirty days.
If you are in the EU or the UK: our lawful basis for handling what you send is your consent, given by pressing send, and our legitimate interest in answering a message addressed to us. You may withdraw that consent at any time, and you may complain to your national data protection authority.
8. Children
This page is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If that has happened, tell us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
